Job description

This is an opportunity for an Assistant Psychologist to join the Complex Needs Escalation and Support Tool (CNEST) Programme Team. This role, supervised by a Clinical Psychologist, involves supporting the development and completion of projects related to training, research, and implementation.

The responsibilities include supporting the delivery of training, assisting in the use of CNEST, and contributing to evaluation projects such as literature searching, reviewing, data input, analysis, and report writing. The role requires organizing meetings, maintaining records, working collaboratively within a team, and demonstrating flexibility. Excellent communication skills are essential.

Cheshire and Wirral Partnership (CWP) provides health and care services for over one million people, including mental health, learning disability, community physical health, and all-age disability care, along with three GP surgeries in Cheshire.

With around 4,500 staff across 73 sites, CWP services cover Wirral, Cheshire, Trafford, Warrington, Bolton, Halton, and Liverpool, including specialist services for the North West.
