Job summary

Tees, Esk and Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Assistant Psychologist to support CAMHS in Selby. You will work under supervision to deliver evidence-based care to young people in the community, contributing to assessments, formulations and treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Degree in psychology and eligibility for BPS membership.
• Postgraduate training in professional psychology or health practice.
• Experience of working with service users in mental health or social care settings.

Responsibilities

• Attend multidisciplinary meetings as part of the CAMHS team.
• Contribute to psychological assessment and formulation.
• Develop support plans and non-pharmacological interventions.
• Lead or support groups and evaluate outcomes of interventions.
