Job description

Are you looking to join an exciting, transformative psychological therapies service? NHS Talking Therapies Hampshire is a strong partnership service - a collaboration between Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust and Solent Mind. We aim to deliver a high-quality, evidence-based, patient-centred service to the population of Hampshire.

Responsibilities
  1. Undertake protocol-based psychological assessments of patients, including outcome measures, self-report measures, rating scales, observations, and interviews under supervision.
  2. Assist in formulating and delivering care plans involving psychological treatment and management of clients' problems, in community settings and remotely.
  3. Help coordinate and run therapeutic groups in the community and remotely.
  4. Maintain therapy records and prepare reports for patients, referrers, and professionals within set timeframes.
  5. Monitor assessment and treatment outcomes using specific measures and keep professionals informed.
  6. Participate in team and other meetings as required.
  7. Work within NHS policies and guidelines regarding clinical paperwork and liaison.
  8. Support audit and research projects, including data collection, analysis, and reporting using IT and statistical tools.
  9. This role involves being a mobile worker, operating across various locations based on patient needs, with a hybrid working model.
Minimum Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree (2:1 or above) in Psychology or a relevant subject.
  • Accredited by a professional body such as BPS or BABCP.
  • Experience in a mental health setting and therapeutic intervention is desirable.
