We are seeking a compassionate, creative, and highly motivated psychology graduate to join the UCLH Staff Psychology & Welfare Service (SPWS). The ideal candidate is aiming to pursue a career in Psychology and is working towards a doctorate in Clinical or Counselling Psychology. Applicants should have at least a 2:1 degree in Psychology with Graduate Basis for Chartered Membership (GBC) eligibility. SPWS is well-established within the Trust, and the post-holder will join a friendly, diverse, multidisciplinary team including clinical and counselling psychologists, psychotherapists, counsellors, conflict coaches, and mediators.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to support our hospital workforce in coping with the impacts of the pandemic and ongoing healthcare challenges. The service has been in place for over 20 years at UCLH, and this position aims to enhance its capacity.
