Assistant Psychologist in the Adult Community Rehab Team (ACRT) and the Homerton Transitional Neurorehabilitation Unit (HTNRU)
Homerton Healthcare is an innovative NHS Foundation Trust providing a wide range of services to its local community and specialist services on a regional level. Located in the East End of London, we are close to the heart of the capital, and our local population is culturally diverse. This exciting post will join the thriving and substantial Consultant-led Neuropsychology Service. At Homerton, neuropsychology staff work in multidisciplinary teams across the entire neurorehabilitation pathway—from acute services to Level 1 and Level 2b transitional neurorehabilitation units, and on to community services. Our neuropsychology team adopts a holistic, biopsychosocial formulation-led approach.
This assistant psychology post will be split between inpatient (HTNRU – one day a week) and community (ACRT – four days a week) settings, offering diverse neuropsychology experiences. The post provides opportunities to work closely with psychologists and multidisciplinary colleagues, receive weekly supervision from a Clinical Psychologist, and participate in regular neuropsychology CPD sessions.
