Assistant Property Surveyor (Commercial / Infrastructure) - APC Training - Birmingham

We are seeking an Assistant Property Surveyor with 12-18 months of relevant experience in infrastructure, utilities, valuation, or acquisitions sectors. The role involves supporting senior team members in providing strategic advice on property acquisitions and development, especially regarding negotiations and project assessments linked to major infrastructure schemes.

The position is based in the wider West Midlands region, with regular reporting to Birmingham. APC training or progress towards it is highly desirable, and support will be provided if needed.
