1. Providing a single point of contact for landlords and tenants
2. Providing professional assistance to thousands of clients who have requested the premium service
3. Helping every tenancy under your care to progress seamlessly
4. Delivering expert advice on all aspects of the tenancy, including financial, rental, and legal matters as well as organising maintenance projects

Key Skills and Experience of an Assistant Property Manager:

1. Customer service experience is required
2. Strong organisational skills are essential due to the nature of the role
3. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to problem solve
4. Ability to communicate well with a wide range of people over a variety of platforms
