About Us:

At Encore, we believe property management should be anything but ordinary. We manage some of the UK’s top residential developments, and we’re passionate about building great communities where people love to live. Our team is vibrant, ambitious, and dedicated to making a difference. If you’re someone who loves problem-solving, thrives on variety, and enjoys working with people, we’d love to hear from you!

The Role:

As an Assistant Property Manager, you’ll be an essential part of our Estate Management team, ensuring our residents receive top-notch service while our properties run smoothly. You’ll handle everything from day-to-day communication with residents to overseeing maintenance issues and keeping our systems in order.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Customer Service Be the first point of contact for residents, handling queries, resolving issues, and keeping communication clear, friendly, and professional.

Data Management: Keep our property management system (Qube) fully up-to-date, ensuring all information is accurate and organised.

Maintenance Coordinator: When something needs fixing, you’re the one to make it happen. Liaise with contractors, manage works orders, and ensure everything is done on time and to a high standard.

Health & Safety: Ensure all health & safety legislation and company policies are strictly followed, keeping our estates safe and compliant.

Financial : Help manage budgets, issue purchase orders, and assist with financial reporting to ensure costs stay under control.

About You:

  • You’re passionate about delivering excellent customer service and enjoy building relationships with residents and clients.
  • You’re a natural multitasker, able to manage your time and juggle tasks efficiently.
  • You’ve got experience with systems like databases (Qube knowledge is a bonus) and are confident using Microsoft Office.
  • You communicate clearly and professionally—whether over the phone, in writing, or face-to-face.
  • You’ve got experience working with contractors and managing reactive maintenance (if not, you’re ready to learn fast!).

What You’ll Bring:

  • A positive, can-do attitude—you’re solutions-focused and ready to tackle any challenge.
  • Attention to detail—you don’t miss a beat and ensure every task is completed to a high standard.
  • A team-player mentality—you enjoy collaborating with others and contributing to the team’s success.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • A good standard of education is essential.
  • Property qualifications (e.g., IRPM Part 1) would be an advantage but not essential.
  • Previous experience in customer service and contractor management is desirable.

Why Work with Us?:

  • Great Team Environment: You’ll be part of a friendly, supportive team that works hard and has fun along the way.
  • Growth Opportunities: We believe in helping our people grow. With extensive training and development, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to advance your career.
  • Competitive Salary & Perks: We offer a competitive salary, benefits, and a positive workplace culture where your contributions are valued.

The salary for this role is £26,500 p.a.
