Assistant Property Manager - Student Lettings, Brighton

Full-time, Monday to Friday (WFH Fridays). Salary: £26,000 starting.

What you'll be doing
  • Supporting the Property Manager with day-to-day operations
  • Coordinating maintenance requests and planned works
  • Handling admin tasks: contractor liaison, diary management, invoicing, filing
  • Carrying out property inspections and occasional call-outs
  • Assisting with compliance and managing properties
  • Communicating with tenants and contractors with confidence and care
What you'll bring

  • Experience in property or lettings (preferred)
