A leading company in property management is seeking a skilled manager to oversee operations of various estates. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Property Management and significant experience in the field. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills are essential, along with proficiency in English and Chinese. This role involves ensuring that management services meet statutory requirements and the expectations of owners and tenants.
• Degree Holder in Property / Facility Management or related disciplines is preferred
• 5 years experience in Property / Facility Management with 2 years managerial experience
• Member of CIHCM / HKIH / Registered Professional Housing Manager or other related professional qualification is preferable
• Holder of PMP (Tier 1 / Tier 2) Licence is preferred
• Responsible, strong interpersonal and leadership skills
•Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good PC knowledge in MS Office, English and Chinese word processing
