LOVE@Care Ltd is seeking passionate, compassionate support workers to join the LOVE@Care Team in Scotland. You will support young people in the community, attend clubs and activities, and help them achieve personal goals.

We provide mentoring, training, and development opportunities, with induction and ongoing supervision. Experience with Autism or Learning disabilities is advantageous. A rewarding career path awaits.

Responsabilités

• Support our young people within the community, attending clubs, classes and other activities.
• Follow and update each child's care plan, working towards outcomes.
• Build good relationships with young people and help them achieve their goals.
• Work with parents and partner agencies to provide opportunities for our young people.
• Communicate and document important information to colleagues and management.
• Attend meetings and contribute to the team’s effective operation.
• Understand safeguarding and child protection principles.

As an Assistant Project Worker, your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting our young people within the community, attending fun clubs, classes and other activities.

• Following and updating each child's individual care plan, always ensuring you are working towards appropriate outcomes.

• Building good relationships with our young people and encouraging them to achieve their goals.

• Working in a positive way with parents and partner agencies to ensure the best opportunities are available for our young people.

• The ability to communicate and document important relevant information and any updates to colleagues and management.

• Attending meetings as appropriate and to participate in the effective, supportive, and efficient working of the team.

• Having an understanding of the principles of safeguarding and child protection legislation.
