This role involves managing programmes related to capital projects, including Levelling Up Funding, and making a significant impact on local communities. The successful candidates will have experience in project and programme assistance, stakeholder engagement, and industry best practices to deliver positive outcomes for North Lincolnshire.

The role includes supporting the enhancement of Scunthorpe’s environment and assisting with the delivery of the Principal Towns Strategy. Responsibilities encompass supporting the town centre's vision, managing capital investments from government funding, and helping realize associated benefits aligned with the Council’s transformation goals and strategic plan.
