OakTree Consulting in the United Kingdom is seeking a proactive Project Manager to develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones and resource plans. You will monitor progress and ensure timely completion, and communicate status, risks and mitigation actions to stakeholders.

You will lead multi-disciplinary teams across engineering, software, testing, installation and operations, coordinate site activities, manage risks and changes, and ensure quality, safety and regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• Degree in Science - Engineering/ Mechanical/ IT, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle, contract management, and site coordination.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource plans.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of project activities.
• Communicate project status, risks, issues, and mitigation actions to stakeholders and management.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead and coordinate multi disciplinary teams including engineering, software, testing, installation, operations, and maintenance personnel.
• Support the resolution of technical, operational, and commercial challenges.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Manage project issues, dependencies, and change requests.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, cybersecurity, and regulatory requirements.
• Track project KPIs, milestones, deliverables, and contractual obligations.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
