The production manager oversees all aspects of assigned restoration projects and crews. Responsibilities focus on customer satisfaction, revenue and profit growth, management development, and staff development. This front-line management position leads the team to operational excellence. Salary range: $50,000 to $55,000 annually, based on experience.

Who you are:

Necessary Experience and Skill Set:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in operations
• Minimum 1 year management and/or supervisory experience
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and management skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction
• IICRC Certification

Formal Education/Training:

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; an associate's or bachelor's degree is strongly preferred
