Overview

Assistant Project Manager - Residential BTR. This is an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Project Manager to be involved on a significant project for our client, an international London based Global consultancy with a healthy pipeline of projects and project variety. Currently at planning stage you will work on a £70M BTR residential scheme influencing the planning and design process. The APM role for the project consists of working with the PM and SPM/AD within the project planning team, assisting on the strategic direction on procurement and ensuring the programme is maintained. Liaising with the PM and Senior PM/AD as well as the partner consultancy on other elements of the overall scheme. This opportunity also offers further PM and EA assistance duties on a £120M residential build project.

Responsibilities
  • Work with the PM and SPM/AD within the project planning team, assisting on the strategic direction on procurement and ensuring the programme is maintained.
  • Liaise with the PM and Senior PM/AD as well as the partner consultancy on other elements of the overall scheme.
  • Assist on the planning and design process for the £70M BTR residential scheme and contribute to PM/EA support on the £120M residential build project.
Education and Experience
  • Preferably degree qualified in a relevant field: construction, cost management, engineering, Architecture or quantity surveying.
  • Supporting Project Management Qualifications such as PRINCE2 Practitioner / Certified Project Manager / MSP / Risk Management.
  • 1-2+ years experience.
  • Experience of industry standard forms of contract, typically JCT Design & Build.
Compensation and Working Arrangements

On offer is a package in the region of £40-50,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + Comprehensive Benefits Package. Our client operates a flexible site/ office/ home hybrid working environment with expectations of 3 days in the office or site.
