The purpose of the role is to manage specialist contractors delivering component work packages within Orbit Housing Associations planned investment programmes, ensuring high standards of quality, value for money, and completion within agreed timescales.
To prepare and issue accurate data to Project Managers for financial monitoring, forecasts, business planning, and other necessary information to inform performance decisions and actions.
