Job Title: Pipelines Assistant Project Manager
Location: Portsmouth
Salary: 45,000 - 57,000 + benefits

About the Role:
Join our client's Havant Thicket Reservoir team as a Pipelines Assistant Project Manager. This exciting role involves leading ad hoc projects from concept to completion and ensuring their successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the company at Sub-Group meetings and liaise regularly with stakeholders.
  • Oversee pipeline works, coordinate activities, and produce progress reports and governance papers.
  • Manage NEC contracts, procurement, and performance.
  • Interface with suppliers and support contract management via CEMAR.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to align plans and ensure seamless project handover.
  • Ensure projects meet time, cost, and quality standards in line with regulatory and contract requirements.

About You:

  • Degree in engineering, project management, or a related field.
  • Experience with major civil infrastructure projects; NEC contract knowledge preferred.
  • Membership in a professional body (e.g. MICE, APM, PMI) and relevant project management qualification.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills; proficient in planning tools.
  • Motivated, collaborative, and results-focused.
  • Full driving licence required (driver assessment applies).
