An established industry player is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support innovative onshore wind projects in the UK. You will play a crucial role in managing project timelines, documentation, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring the smooth progression of projects from conception to execution. The Assistant Project Manager will support our team of Project Managers with a focus on English and Scottish onshore wind projects in the development phase. This covers all aspects of project progression and design from initial concept to environmental survey, detailed design, planning submission, procurement, route to market and financing, and, finally, developing a business case for a final investment decision.
This is an opportunity to be a key part of the design team bringing forward new British wind projects which will power our lives with fossil-free electricity.

The location of the position is Hexham, Northumberland with the flexibility of agile/remote working.
The successful candidate is likely educated to degree level in a relevant field.

The successful candidate has to be prepared to, on occasion, travel and work out of office hours. A driving license is desirable, but not essential.
