• Желателен статус Associate в APM и PFQ; опыт работы с TfL приветствуется.

Responsibilities

• Работа в команде над подготовкой и мониторингом проектной отчетности в рамках контрактов и требований клиента.
• Сопровождение еженедельной документации по финансовым, ресурсным и временным отчетам.
• Поддержка разработки программ по задачам, ресурсам и затратам с учетом сервиса.
• Поддержка Delivery Management Team по управлению затратами/гонорарами по проекту.
• Установление контактов с представителями профильной ассоциации для карьерного развития.
• Общие офисные обязанности для бесперебойной работы консалтингового инжинирингового бизнеса.

In this specific role you will join our team delivering systems engineering services across Transport for London’s Infrastructure Improvement Framework (IIF) portfolio, supporting the development and assurance of a range of infrastructure programmes that improve reliability, capacity and passenger experience across the network.

• To work in a team, assisting in the production and monitoring of project management reporting documents, complying with all relevant contract and client requirements
• Assist with the delivery of weekly project management documents associated with financial, resource or time related reporting.
• Support the development of programmes (tasks, resource and cost associated) with service delivery on account.
• Support Delivery Management Team on cost/ fee governance assurance on the account
• The individual will form a relationship with representatives of the project management professional body to ensure career development.
• General office duties associated with the smooth running of a consulting engineering business.

• Bachelors or Masters degree in engineering, project management, finance, etc.
• Understanding of project management principles and best practices, gained through experience
• Basic Commercial Awareness
• Basic understanding of Health, Safety and Welfare, including specific regulations
• Ability to produce reports to a good standard

• Moving towards being capable of supervising more junior members of staff undertaking similar tasks
