To continue delivering high-quality new homes for our residents, Southwark Construction seeks a committed and experienced professional to support our Estate Renewal team, ensuring excellence in resident engagement, construction and providing essential aftercare services.

We’re searching for an enthusiastic Assistant Project Manager (APM) to join our dynamic Estate Renewal team within Southwark Construction and support the delivery of some of Southwark’s largest and most complex regeneration schemes.

Working closely with a Senior Project Manager, you'll assist in delivering estate renewal schemes, which include demolishing existing homes and building hundreds of new ones, alongside community facilities and vibrant public spaces.

This will include:

  • Supporting the Senior Project Manager in managing a large, complex regeneration project.
  • Attending site meetings and liaising with contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
  • Engaging with residents and supporting consultation events.
  • Assisting with the rehousing process, working alongside specialist rehousing officers to help residents move into their new homes.
  • Supporting the resolution of defects in newly built properties.
  • Contributing to the design and planning of future phases of the estate renewal programme.
