Equals One Ltd is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our Rackheath-based team near Norwich. This full-time, permanent role supports delivery of insurance repair and property restoration projects through effective coordination and administrative support.

You will work alongside project management and operations to schedule trades, monitor progress and keep customers informed. A highly organised, proactive communicator with attention to detail will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in project coordination or administration.
• Experience in construction, property, insurance repairs is advantageous.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple jobs, appointments and deadlines.
• Confident and professional communication skills.
• Good attention to detail and practical problem solving.
• Strong administrative and IT skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a busy team.
• Confidence taking ownership of tasks through to completion.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with delivery of insurance repair projects.
• Coordinate trades, appointments and schedules.
• Monitor progress of ongoing projects.
• Maintain project records and documentation.
• Update internal systems with project information.
• Liaise with customers and provide progress updates.
• Identify delays or issues and escalate appropriately.
• Assist with ordering and coordinating materials.
