Qualifications

• Travail en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe de gestion de construction.
• Connaissance des équipements utilisés dans les projets.
• Aptitude à maintenir des logs de soumission et de modification.

Responsibilities

• Gérer les soumissions, les RFI et les logs de changements.
• Maintenir et mettre à jour le programme de projet.
• Coordonner les commandes de matériel et d'équipement.

Job Description

• Work closely with all members of the construction management team from start to finish.
• Communicate regularly with client site personnel to keep jobs on track.
• Work with Project Manager (PM) and General Contractor (GC) on project submittals – obtaining documentation & approvals.
• Assist the PM with project buyout and scheduling.
• Schedule and coordinate equipment and material orders with the construction management team.
• Have a working knowledge of all equipment and common materials utilized on job projects.
• Assist the Project Coordinator with maintaining Submittal Logs, RFIs, and Change Order Logs.
• Assist the Project Manager with maintaining and updating the project schedule.
