Job Description
For architects who’ve mastered the Revit-based production grind and are ready to step up…. to shape, steer, and help run the show on flagship (international) projects.
We’re helping a world-renowned, design-led multi-disciplinary studio find their next Assistant Project Manager…. an architect (or experienced Part II) who’s ready to get closer to the action and lead the delivery of game-changing design projects.
You’ll be joining a global firm where design excellence meets real-world complexity… and where former architects are now shaping billion-pound projects from the inside out.
What life looks like in this role…
- You're no longer just producing packages, you're leading meetings, coordinating with 25+ consultants, managing programmes and deliverables, and solving big problems before they hit!
- You’ll be part of a team trusted to deliver landmark schemes (think £250m to £1.3bn), and your design background will make you the bridge between creative vision and project reality.
- Every week, you’ll sit with senior PMs, engineers, planners, and designers… all under one roof, gaining exposure you can’t get in a siloed role.
You might love this if you’re...
- A RIBA Part 2 or Qualified Architect (1 to 5 years’ experience) who’s worked on medium or large-scale projects.
- Curious about how projects are successfully delivered… not just how they’re designed.
- Confident running with tasks, managing information, and keeping teams aligned.
- A strong communicator who’s as comfortable with clients as they are with consultants.
What you’ll get…
- A proper runway into project management and leadership, with support from senior PMs who’ve walked the same path from design to delivery.
- Access to international projects, major budgets, and big-picture thinking.
- A studio culture that’s inclusive, collaborative, and genuinely inspiring.
- Competitive salary and strong professional development.
