Job Description:

The postholder will have undertaken some foundational project management qualifications or worked in a project admin/coordinator role previously. This role comes with an enrolment onto a Level 4 Project Management Apprenticeship via our training and apprenticeship provider.

Responsibilities

The duties of the Project Coordinator include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing Project Management services and support to the delivery of Projects across the portfolio.
  • Liaising with stakeholders on any project-related queries.
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure delivery of services.
  • Maintaining accurate records for the project and delivery team.
  • Supporting with raising purchase orders and costing exercises.

Personal Specifications

The successful candidate will possess the following traits:

  • Completion of foundation project management qualifications (APM, Prince2), or relevant previous work experience.
  • Proficiency with the use of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
  • Clear and confident communication skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisational skills and multitasking abilities.
