Piper Maddox is partnered with a leading Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) company that is seeking a hands-on and technically skilled Assistant Project Manager to support the preconstruction phases of its RNG projects. This role is ideal for someone with a background in a general contracting environment who is ready to support cross-functional coordination, risk management, and construction planning activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks through effective planning and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate across internal departments to ensure project alignment and communication.
  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction activities.
  • Manage communications with subcontractors and vendors to ensure adherence to project budgets and schedules.
  • Track and manage project scope, cost, and schedule changes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering.
  • 3–5 years of experience in a related field (RNG experience not required).
  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in the following tools and platforms: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Oracle, and PDF editing software.
  • Ability to work on-site.
