Job Title: Project Coordinator

Location: Midlands

Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 + Package (DOE)

Sector: Tier 1 Main Contractor – Major Construction Projects

A leading Tier 1 contractor with a strong reputation for delivering large-scale construction schemes is seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Coordinator to support a Project Director on a major project in the Midlands. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role within a dynamic and fast-paced environment, supporting senior leadership and contributing to the smooth running of project operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative and organisational support to the Project Director, both on-site and in the office
  • Coordinate diaries, arrange meetings and conference calls, and manage inbox enquiries on behalf of the Project Director
  • Prepare meeting agendas, gather documentation, and manage action logs to ensure follow-ups are completed
  • Assist in the preparation and collation of key project documentation and reports
  • Draft professional correspondence and produce documentation including emails, letters, memos, presentations and reports
  • Liaise with internal teams, clients, suppliers and subcontractors on behalf of the Project Director
  • Support general business requirements by sourcing and compiling relevant project and operational information

Requirements:

  • Experience in a project coordination, PA or administrative support role (ideally within construction or a related industry)
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Proactive, dependable, and confident liaising at all levels
  • A team player with a high level of discretion and professionalism
