A leading company in project management is seeking a Project Coordinator to assist in delivering projects in line with their delivery strategy. The role involves leading a team, ensuring effective communication and monitoring project performance while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders. Job Title: Project Coordinator
Responsible for assisting the Project Manager in delivering assigned projects in line with the company's Delivery strategy. Leading and mentoring project team members to ensure safe, timely, risk-free, and high-quality project delivery.
Ensure effective communication within the team, establish clear communication channels, and maintain good project monitoring and reporting practices.
Liaise with project stakeholders to develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships.
Coordinate with other project managers as necessary.
Participate in key project reviews and weekly meetings throughout all project phases: Design, Construction, and Commercial.
Assist in implementing the overall project strategy alongside the Project Manager and Project Director.
Reporting & Monitoring: Provide regular updates to the Project Director and Project Manager on project status, issues, and performance metrics. Monitor project timelines, milestones, and interdependencies. Support the implementation of project-specific performance, productivity, and quality monitoring processes.
Assist in maintaining up-to-date digital reporting protocols.
Commercial Management: Support commercial activities, including establishing cash flows, payment milestones, and contractual terms. Monitor project financial performance, variations, and change control processes. Assist with procurement management alongside the project team.
Quality & Standards: Ensure high standards of quality for information, services, and deliverables. Monitor compliance with relevant specifications and standards. Uphold company standards and values on-site and in the project office. Support the implementation of health and safety protocols, including CDM coordination.
