Junior/ Assistant Construction Project Manager
Location: St Albans (Office-Based) + Site Visits (London & Surrounding Areas)
Salary: £50,000 + Package (Vehicle Allowance, Pension, 28 Days Holiday, Laptop)

Are you a hands-on professional with a joinery or carpentry background looking to take your career to the next level? We are seeking a Junior Construction Project Manager to oversee exciting fit-out, refurbishment, and new-build projects across London and the surrounding areas.

What You’ll Be Doing

1. Manage high-quality projects from pre-construction to handover.
2. Liaise with architects, designers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless delivery.
3. Monitor progress with site visits and uphold health & safety standards.
4. Work alongside the Building Services Contracts Manager on M&E packages.
5. Ensure projects meet quality, cost, and deadline expectations.

What We’re Looking For

1. Trade Background: Joinery/carpentry experience before moving into management.
2. Project Experience: Fit-out, refurbishment, or new-build knowledge.
3. Skills: Strong coordination, communication, and organisation.
4. Knowledge: Construction contracts, drawings, and site management.
5. Ambition: Keen to develop into a senior Project Manager role.
6. Driving License: Required for site visits across London & surrounding areas.
