A well-established construction consultancy in London is seeking an Assistant Project Manager for a major £400m mixed-use development. This role offers the chance to build valuable experience with full support for APC, PRINCE2, or APM qualifications. As an Assistant Project Manager, you will assist in project delivery, maintain documentation, and collaborate with teams to ensure project success.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting Project Managers and Directors in day-to-day project delivery.
  • Setting up and maintaining project documentation, registers, and control processes.
  • Updating project plans using Microsoft Project, collecting actuals, and assisting with forecasting.
  • Administering or supporting meetings, reports, quality reviews and change control.
  • Preparing team plans, checkpoint reports, and tracking progress against key milestones.
  • Liaising with internal teams, the supply chain, and client representatives.
  • Monitoring performance, reporting issues or risks, and helping to implement corrective action.

They’re currently delivering a major £400m mixed-use development in London and are looking to bring in an Assistant Project Manager to support delivery.

The role includes:

  • Supporting Project Managers and Directors in day-to-day project delivery
