Job Title: Assistant Project Manager
Salary: 25,000 - 32,000
Location: Manchester

About the Role:

We're looking for an ambitious and driven Assistant Project Manager to join our client, a dynamic multi-disciplinary consultancy delivering projects across sectors including higher education, residential, health, and commercial developments.

This role offers the opportunity to support the delivery of projects from inception through completion, with a strong emphasis on career progression and professional development.

Key Responsibilities for the Assistant Project Manager:

  • Assist in the delivery of projects across various sectors.
  • Support the preparation of feasibility studies, reports, and specifications.
  • Aid in contract administration and project coordination.
  • Work collaboratively with teams to ensure project success.
  • Develop skills in project management under mentorship.

Role Requirements for the Assistant Project Manager:

  • A relevant degree or technical background in a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.
  • Customer-focused with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Commitment to working towards chartership (e.g., RICS, APM) or engaging in professional development.
  • Experience in higher education, residential, health, or commercial projects is advantageous but not essential.
