We are recruiting for an Assistant Project Coordinator to shadow and support a Project Director at a leading main contractor on a major construction project in Hull.
The Role:
Work closely with the Project Director, assisting with project management duties.
Gain direct mentorship and insight into high-level project decision-making.
Support with scheduling, administrative tasks, and managing the Project Director’s diary.
Attend key project meetings, taking notes and ensuring actions are followed up.
Assist in coordinating project activities and liaising with site teams.
Help maintain project documentation and ensure smooth site administration.
Requirements:
Some experience in construction, project coordination, or administration is beneficial.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Keen interest in progressing within construction project management.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
