A leading company is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to monitor and forecast maintenance projects, manage contracts, and provide reports. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction and relevant qualifications. Blended home working is offered.

The individual will carry out monitoring and forecasting of future planned maintenance projects and estimate costs based on information supplied by team members such as Building or Services Inspectors.
There will also be a requirement to act as Contract Administrator for service contracts related to building maintenance and manage a dashboard providing information on service contract KPIs. Providing regular written and verbal reports to management.
Role: Assistant Project Manager within the Maintenance and Compliance team in Property Services.
The role involves monitoring, forecasting, cost estimation, contract administration, and reporting. A link to the role profile is included at the bottom of the advert for more details about the role and the ideal candidate.
Experience in a construction environment, with experience as an Assistant Project Manager or Contract Administrator. Educated to at least SCQF level 7 (HNC or equivalent) in a relevant construction or professional discipline, with significant post-qualification experience.
We are adopting blended home/office working, including office access days and homeworking.
