Assistant Project Manager

Job description

CJ Drilling, Inc. is currently seeking an Assistant Project Manager to partner with the project manager from bid preparation through final client acceptance.

Duties will include most aspects of managing a project from award to completion, including:

1. Assist with project planning, scheduling, and production tracking.
2. Quality control and document control.
3. Preparing project binders.
4. Be willing to work in both field and office settings (travel a must).
5. Financial budgeting and cost tracking.
6. Work with safety leadership and field supervision to ensure compliance with our Safety Program.
7. Oversee environmental program compliance on the job site.
8. Customer communications.
9. Other duties as requested.

Minimum Education and Experience:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Civil, or Architectural Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
2. Minimum 2+ years of project management experience.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly verbally and in writing.
4. Current driver’s license.
