We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to support high-profile joinery and fit-out projects across commercial and residential sectors. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team known for delivering precision-crafted interiors and bespoke solutions for some of the UK's most iconic developments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support senior project managers in planning and delivering multiple joinery and fit-out projects, from inception through to completion.
  • Coordinate between design, production, and site teams to ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Assist with procurement, subcontractor management, and material tracking to streamline workflow.
  • Attend site meetings, track progress, and report on project milestones.
  • Maintain excellent communication with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
  • Ensure all site operations comply with health and safety regulations and company policies.

What We're Looking For:

  • 1 - 3 years' experience in a similar role within the construction, fit-out, or joinery industry.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A proactive mindset and hands-on approach to problem-solving.
  • Understanding of joinery production processes and on-site installation is a strong advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and other relevant project management tools.
  • A relevant qualification in construction management, architecture, or engineering is preferred.
