About
Description
Our Role

As an Assistant Project Manager, you will support the Programme Manager in building and maintaining the build programmes and related duties for our City Fibre contract.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the recording of data on relevant systems, limiting risks to forecast delivery.
  • Ensure all issues are recorded and escalated appropriately.
  • Understand the DepotNet system and adhere to its processes.
  • Liaise with Supervisors and sub-contract teams to ensure programme delivery.
  • Assist with planning and coordination of programmes and activities.
  • Monitor the implementation of programme policies and practices.
  • Keep updated records and create reports or proposals.
  • Ensure all client and operational requirements are met professionally and efficiently.
  • Provide daily and weekly reports, ensuring service levels and objectives are achieved.
  • Contribute positively and innovatively to the team by providing solutions and embracing change.
  • Report safety issues in line with company procedures.
Experience and Qualifications
  • IT and system literate; proficient in MS Office software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organized with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail with consideration of wider impacts.
  • Experience in programme/project scheduling or event/diary coordination.
  • Experience in recording and reporting data.
