Outline of Role:
As Assistant Project Manager, you will be responsible for helping lead and develop project teams, develop your own customer relationships, ensure project delivery is excellent, deliver H & S excellence in line with company procedures and the projects are profitable in line with budget and always looking for ways to exceed.

Main Responsibilities:
You will assist the project manager with:

  1. Developing client briefs into workable project profiles
  2. Forming scoping documents and specifications
  3. Assisting QS to produce cost plans
  4. Design management
  5. Contract administration
  6. Programming and phasing of projects
  7. Managing project meetings
  8. Commercial - ensure profit plans, CVR’s and resourcing are all accurate
  9. Ensuring all projects are delivered to exacting standards, on time and in budget.

Knowledge/experience Required:
  1. Background in fitout / construction
  2. Retail experience
  3. Accountability
