Do you have proven experience in project management within an estates or property management environment? Do you have a strong understanding of healthcare-specific standards and construction-related legislation? Are you a natural problem solver motivated by getting results to improve patient care?

As an Estates Assistant Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing a variety of estates projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to specification. You will significantly contribute to the management of our Trust's multi-campus, multi-building estate and property portfolio, from project design to handover.

This is a part time post, with a level of flexibility around working hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and prepare service user briefs, ensuring compliance with Healthcare specific standards (HTMs and HBNs).
  • Liaise with Estates Officers, external consultants, and other professionals for best value solutions.
  • Evaluate project feasibility spatially and budget-wise within agreed timeframes.
  • Manage relationships with clinical and non-clinical staff, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate project commissioning, ensuring full acceptance and sign-off by relevant departments.
