Project coordinator Job Overview

  • Support the successful delivery of live projects by coordinating resources, tasks, and communications across internal teams
  • Maintain accurate project records and CRM logs, ensuring all updates are captured clearly and promptly
  • Assist with the preparation of fee proposals and appointment documents under the direction of senior colleagues
  • Liaise with clients via email and telephone, helping to schedule meetings, organise site visits, and ensure smooth project progression
  • Help monitor financials by tracking budgets, purchase orders, and internal project milestones
