Job description

An Assistant Project Coordinator provides administrative and logistical support to a Project Manager, helping to ensure projects run smoothly and effectively. They assist with tasks like scheduling, communication, documentation, and resource management.

Hours: Monday to Friday, part time

Key Responsibilities

  1. Administrative Support: This includes scheduling meetings, preparing reports, managing project documentation, and handling other administrative tasks.
  2. Communication: Facilitating communication between team members, stakeholders, and clients, ensuring everyone is informed and aligned.
  3. Project Coordination: Assisting with project planning, task management, and monitoring progress to ensure projects stay on track.
  4. Resource Management: Supporting the allocation and management of project resources, including time, materials, and personnel.
  5. Quality Assurance: Helping to ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and requirements.
