Join a leading consultancy providing project controls expertise to the Sizewell C programme. We are looking for an ambitious and technically strong Assistant Project Controls Manager to support delivery on one of the UK’s most high-profile and complex infrastructure projects. Working closely with a senior leader in Project Controls, you’ll act as a trusted right-hand — someone who is sharp, solution-oriented, and eager to grow into a future leadership role. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Project Controls Engineer ready to take the next step in their career.
You’ll help drive clarity, efficiency, and performance across one of the UK’s most nationally significant nuclear programmes. The role spans cost, schedule, risk, and performance reporting — working within a collaborative project controls function embedded in delivery.
You’ll also travel to EDF’s head office in Paris approximately every 4–6 weeks for short visits (1–2 days), supporting alignment across the UK and French teams. All travel is fully expensed.
You're currently operating at Senior Project Controls Engineer level and looking for a clear step up. You’re confident with data, proactive with problems, and keen to work closely with leadership to influence delivery outcomes.
You’re someone who can quickly build trust and bring a fresh, analytical mindset to the challenges of a major infrastructure programme.
Candidates must have the legal right to work in the UK.
Unfortunately, visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
If you're ready to step into a high-impact role supporting one of the UK's most important infrastructure projects, we want to hear from you.
