We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Assistant Program Director to join our team. The position will assist in operating a pre- and post-dispositional residential group home. The ideal candidate will have a background in social work, psychology, or a related field, and will be responsible for providing clinical services and administrative responsibilities at our residential facility. Evening, weekend, and on-call hours are expected. Must be energetic, professional, and possess good communication, written, and verbal skills. Responsibilities:

  • Co-develop and implement program goals and objectives.
  • Assist in supervising staff, clients, and volunteers.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders.
  • Monitor program performance and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Provide support, supervision, and guidance to clients in a residential setting.
  • Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for each youth and assist with case management for assigned youth.
  • Facilitate group activities and discussions to promote positive behavior and social skills.
  • Maintain accurate records of progress and behavior.
  • Monitor activities to ensure safety and security.
  • Provide crisis intervention services when needed.
  • Assist in developing and implementing educational programs for youth.
  • Must be able to transport clients in a 12 or 15-passenger van as necessary.
