Assistant Production Manager

North Kent

£29k - £35k DOE

Monday-Friday 08:00

A rare opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Production Manager to join my client (a high-end luxury production facility) in North Kent. If you have previous experience working as a Production Team Leader or Supervisor and are looking to take the next new and exciting step in your career, then this could be the role for you!

As an Assistant Production Manager, you will be:

• Managing production including the creation of production plans, organising the production schedule, and allocating workload.
• Lead, train and motivate the production team, ensuring production runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Looking at ways to increase productivity and reduce costs.
• Conducting regular performance reviews and coaching sessions. Being the first point of contact for Production.
• Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Any other duties required.

The successful Assistant Production Manager will have/be:

• Previous experience working within a fast-paced Production environment as a Team Leader or Supervisor.
• Strong understanding of GMP Principles.
• The ability to bring new initiatives and ideas to contribute towards further company growth.
• Able to create effective production plans whilst being cost effective.
• The ability to lead a large team.
