An established industry player in the events sector is seeking an Assistant Production Manager to join their dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless execution of high-quality events across various venues. You will collaborate closely with the production team, manage budgets, and assist in sourcing materials while maintaining the integrity of the production process. If you are passionate about events and thrive in a collaborative environment, this is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to exciting projects and grow within a supportive team. Join a company that values creativity and teamwork, and help bring memorable experiences to life.
The role of Assistant Production Manager is integral to ensuring the smooth running of Bakehouse Factory. As a key member of the Bakehouse team, we will rely on you to be part of the drive and overall vision of our company and to always have the best interests of the business in mind. As a busy events company, Bakehouse Factory produces a large number of events per year in a huge range of locations including public spaces, shopping centres, leisure spaces and commercial spaces. We have a large in-house production team which includes a design department, installations department, technical team and a workshop team with a range of skilled fabricators.
The Assistant Production Manager is responsible for assisting the Head of Production and other leads in the production department. The role takes its workflow from the head of production and must be able to work autonomously and as part of a team to ensure Bakehouse assets are managed properly. During quieter periods this role will be expected to work across the team and support in other departments as required.
