Job summary

Fashion & Retail Personnel is helping a children’s retailer recruit an Assistant Product Technologist to cover footwear, accessories and toys on a temporary basis for 8 to 12 months. You will oversee quality and compliance across ranges, manage the critical path and coordinate with suppliers and factories.

The ideal candidate will have relevant technical experience with strong communication skills, plus the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

A new opportunity has arisen for an assistant product technologist on footwear, accessories and toys to join this childrenswear retailer on a temporary basis for 8 to 12 months. The company is an established childrenswear retailer with global recognition.

You will be responsible for managing the quality and compliance of your product ranges, managing the critical path and liaising with suppliers and factories.

The successful candidate will have some relevant technical experience as well as strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience on toys, footwear or accessories would also be highly advantageous.
