Whats the job?

  • Youll work with the Head of Travel and Mobility and Product Manager and the rest of the Team on delivering the Go-To-Market strategy and growth of the Insurance portfolio in Europe
  • Youll work with the wider team and business on managing the day-to-day responsibilities of the Product. You will work with stakeholders within the organisation on executing the product roadmap, developing new products, and identifying opportunities for the broader Insurance market
  • Youll apply agile methodology and disciplined execution to deliver to the highest standard using best practice processes and extensive customer and stakeholder management.
  • Youll support in overseeing the delivery of the end-to-end customer journey for the D2C and B2B2C products including integration with partner, CVO, Underwriting Capacity provider and third-party systems and services, as required
  • Youll own day to day management of escalations and queries to the Insurance team, both internally and externally
  • Youll manage stakeholders, so that their interests and feedback are considered when creating and prioritizing the product roadmap

What are we looking for?

  • Youll have an understanding of financial services and the regulated environment. Previous insurance experience is an advantage
  • Youll have experience of managing the day-to-day workings of third-party accounts and parties such as aggregators and business partnerships
  • Youll have proven ability to foster and develop relationships with key external and internal stakeholders
  • Youll possess advanced computer literacy and understanding of systems and process supporting the same and servicing of insurance products
  • ACII / Cert CII or equivalent preferred
