Qualifications

About The Role

Internal Secondment Opportunity for 9 months

The role holder will be responsible for supporting the smooth operation of deposit raising for the Bank against the Savings Funding Strategy through product management and commercially sound product recommendations.

They will assist in the ongoing management of the front and back-book product set, alongside supporting with product planning and performance reporting.

They will provide regular feedback and analysis through product reviews; enhancing the STB proposition and ensuring the best customer outcome.

They will support a structured, methodical and reusable approach to product and data processes, with appropriate documentation and governance where appropriate.

Forming part of a small Product team, the successful individual will be looking to develop their career within financial services and will play a key role in the growth of the bank's Savings business.

What you will bring

• Practical experience of managing consumer products, ideally within financial services
• Ability to execute team activity focused on quality outcomes
• Ability to derive insight through trend and variance analysis
• Excellent presentation skills in a written and verbal format
• Intermediate or Advanced Microsoft Excel
• Legal/regulatory awareness, specifically FCA, BCOBS, PSR and HMRC regime(s)
