Job summary

Crane Building Services and Utilities is seeking an Assistant Product Manager to support the Product Management team across the General Valve, Malleable Fittings, Variable Flow, Connected Solutions and NABIC portfolios. You will help create and monitor product strategies to achieve sales and profit targets.

You will coordinate NPD activities, manage the existing product ranges, and work with cross-functional teams to optimize pricing, packaging and launches while driving continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Degree level in a technical or business field; relevant experience valued.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• 1–2 years Product Management experience.
• Commercial awareness regarding prices and margins.
• Experience in water/HVAC industry is advantageous.
• Proven project management skills and ability to present to audiences.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive NPD projects.
• Manage PCR and SPE processes for existing products.
• Monitor product range performance and adjust plans to hit targets.
• Develop pricing strategies to maximise gross margin.
• Maintain product roadmaps and lifecycles.
• Collaborate with Sales and Supply Chain for orders and quotes.
