A leading global restaurant group is seeking an Assistant Procurement Manager to support procurement and logistics on exciting projects worldwide. This role entails overseeing FF&E and construction-related orders, coordinating logistics, and maintaining supply chain schedules. The ideal candidate will have strong procurement knowledge, excellent IT skills, and be detail-oriented with solid communication abilities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Process all FF&E & Construction orders with teams and suppliers.
  • Organise shipping and logistics for import/export procedures.
  • Liaise with contractors and Design team for installations.

My client is a leading global restaurant group with a fantastic reputation. Their portfolio of unique restaurants gives them a distinct edge within the industry, and they are seeking talented individuals to join their team to support their ambitious growth plans.

They are currently looking for an Assistant Procurement Manager to support their Procurement and Logistics team on projects worldwide, focusing on FFE & Construction duties. This role offers the opportunity to work on iconic, bespoke projects from concept to completion, during an exciting period of company growth.

This position is ideal for a talented Assistant Procurement Manager or Procurement & Logistics Administrator eager to join a vibrant, fun working environment with genuine opportunities for progression.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Collaborate with teams and suppliers to process FF&E & Construction orders.
  2. Organise shipping and logistics within the UK, EU, and internationally; prepare import/export documents and manage storage as needed.
  3. Coordinate with contractors and the design team for FF&E installation, resolving snagging or delivery issues.
  4. Maintain schedules, budgets, and timelines to optimise the supply chain.
  5. Assist the design team in establishing supplier trade accounts.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Strong understanding of procurement and logistics processes and costs.
  • Good knowledge of FF&E materials, quantities, and suppliers.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, InDesign, and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
  • Pragmatic with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills in multiple languages and negotiation skills.
