You will assist the Document Solution Centre Supervisor with the effective organisation, administration and management of the Document Solutions Centre. You will assist with the general supervision/training of employees and the allocation of and standard of work.

You will have previous print room experience, effective interpersonal and communication skills, have an ability to work under pressure, the ability to meet deadlines, and have some knowledge of budget monitoring. You will be able to work on own initiative, work as part of a team and have a flexible approach to workload requirements.

It would be desirable if the postholder has a knowledge of both marketing and design work and experience of a high-volume copying facilities.
