Shireland Biomedical UTC is seeking an Assistant Principal to join our senior leadership team and oversee Personal Development. The role focuses on shaping student experiences, belonging, and opportunities that extend beyond the classroom.

You will also contribute to delivering Business Studies KS4 as part of a committed leadership group. We welcome ambitious leaders with strong teaching credentials who can inspire, raise standards and drive progress across KS4-KS5 while modelling innovation and

Qualifications

• Have middle or senior leadership experience with demonstrable impact.
• Experience of improving progress and attainment across key stages, especially KS4-KS5.
• Have experience of teaching across the key stages, especially at KS4 and KS5.
• Have experience of delivering, or able to deliver subjects outside their specialism.
• Be a consistently good/outstanding teacher.
